Snetterton BTCC: Important Spectator Information

Friday, June 11 2021

We're looking forward to welcoming fans back to a Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship event at Snetterton this weekend (12/13 June) for the first time since 2019. Here is some important information for ticketholders, which will help you make the most of your trip to the circuit.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 8.00am on Saturday and 7.00am on Sunday. Please have your tickets ready upon arrival.

Parking Information
Parking is free of charge in the main spectator car park, located by the main entrance from the A11.

Blue badge holders should follow public signage for disabled parking, or alternatively please speak to a member of staff on arrival.

For valid ticketholders, the campsite will open at midday on Friday and close at midday on Monday. Please note there will be no camping available to purchase on the day.

The Friday test day is closed to spectators, however viewing for campsite ticket holders will be possible from the Bentley Straight bank (only).

Track access for weekend campers
Please note that campers will not be able to walk or cycle the track during the evenings, as the circuit is inside the COVID-19 restricted zone.

All advance sales have now closed. Saturday tickets will be available to purchase on the gate but Sunday is completely sold out - there will be no on the day sales.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch Circuit, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8NG.

Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed or scanned from your mobile device.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

IMPORTANT: If you opted to roll over tickets to this event no further action is required - simply bring your original tickets. If you selected e-tickets these can be downloaded (with the new date) by logging in to your MSV account.

Official event programmes are on sale from the main entrance gates and the two grandstands for £5. Each programme contains features, details about this weekend's event, plus entry lists and other useful information.

We don't have a cash machine at the circuit, but most traders and food/drink outlets take card payments.

Tyrrells bar and restaurant
Unfortunately Tyrrells bar and restaurant won't be available to the public this weekend due to being located in a restricted area; however there will be other food and drink outlets available in the spectator areas.

Free WiFi
Free WiFi can be accessed from the pit garages and the Tyrrells restaurants. To access the facility, provided free-of-charge via the Purple WiFi portal, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from your smartphone, tablet or PC and log in using your Facebook or email address details.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

COVID-19 and how we are keeping visitors safe
This weekend's event is open to spectators in line with UK Government guidance. Attendance numbers have been limited in line with that guidance, to allow visitors to socially distance easily. Click here to download a summary of the measures we'll have in place to keep everyone safe.

Spectators will not have access to any working areas of the venue this weekend, including the paddock. Please click here to view a map of the venue which outlines the areas currently restricted to visitors.
