Mazdas take centre stage at Snetterton this Saturday

Sunday, July 25 2021

The British Racing and Sports Car Club (BRSCC) heads back to Snetterton for a full day's action headlined by Mazda machinery this Saturday (31 July).

The iconic Mazda MX-5 will be the star of the day, featuring in a host of different one-make classes dedicated to its nimble, sports roadster design. Categories in acrtion will include the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Championship, the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Clubman Championship and the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 SuperCup.

The Mazda MX-5 Championship is a popular series for cars based on the sports car's original design, whilst the Clubman Championship offers a lower cost, entry-level route into a similar style of motorsport. The SuperCup is for slightly newer Mk3-spec MX-5s.

The race line-up will be completed by the BRSCC SuperSport Endurance Cup, the race organiser's new, entry-level series for long distance racing. This will feature a variety of different cars in classes based on power-to-weight ratio and will bring the meeting to a close with an intruiging endurance race.

How we continue to keep you safe: COVID-19

Whilst our motor racing circuits are outdoor venues, with spectators dispersed over a very wide area, we recognise the importance of maintaining sensible precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. We have therefore retained many of the protocols that have been in place since we welcomed spectators back again in May. Click here for details.

Tickets are available for £16 on the gate with free entry for under-13s. For more information please call 0843 453 9000 or click here.
